September Spotlight: Scooped Cookie Dough

Scooped Cookie Dough Bar started right here in San Antonio at North Star Mall in 2017 as an extension of our family tradition of eating cookie dough right out of the bowl during our family game nights. We quickly expanded and opened a store in Chicago and also started franchising the concept. With Covid shutting down most of our retail operations we began searching for alternatives. We opened over 40 delivery only locations across the country and began shipping our cookie dough out from our store. We were recently invited to present to Sam’s Club buyers and they offered us a pilot in all the San Antonio stores starting September 19th! We’re really excited for this opportunity and hope it expands to many more locations soon.
